Custom Rocking Horses

When making a custom horse I work closely with the client during all stages of the horse's creation, from design to final painting.

My goal is to make a horse you'll love.

The horse pictured on this page is a large rocking horse on  bow rockers. 

My client opted for a carved mane and trappings instead of the horsehair mane and leather trappings typical of traditional rocking horses.

As she is an avid gardener I suggested carving a wild flower bridle and flowers behind the saddle.

The color scheme was chosen with her daughter in mind.

The result was a one of a kind horse.
